Printsy member Mariann Johansen-Ellis (mariannjohansenellis) makes amazingly thorough and instructive printmaking videos. In her 7 part series, she shows how to make an etching complete with hard ground, soft ground and aquatint. Below are the first two videos showing the hard ground stage.
She goes on to explain soft ground in part 3 and part 4, and aquatint in part 5, part 6 and part 7.

Tiny Printmaking Tutorials
Jane LaFazio has posted a 'tiny tutorial' for making monoprints with masking tape and plexiglass. This is a nice, simple idea, which would make a good project for teaching children about printmaking.
Judi Hurwitt has a whole series of projects for simple stamps and relief prints, which would also make great introductory projects for wee people, or which could be used in surface design.
